This contains two hidden tracks. - Between A3 & A4 - "Amazing Grace", and before B1 - "Henry". Henry is an instrumental and is named on some editions. The inner tri-fold retains the Chicago packaging patents of the US original, but does not have the perforations of the US original to assist the large image of Mr Stewart to be removed.
